The Egyptian Minister of Education comments on the news that the study is limited to two days a week

The Egyptian Minister of Education, Tarek Shawky, denied the validity of the news circulating that the study is limited to only two days per week in the new school year due to the Corona pandemic.

Shawky said in a statement to the newspaper “People of Egypt” Sunday: “This is not true, and who published this news based on old proposals of the Ministry of Health.”

He added, “We will announce the details of the new academic year within days, and therefore there is no need for this kind of news, hints and efforts.”

Some news sites reported that the study would be only two days a week, and she attached it to a picture of the government’s health plan to deal with students.

It is scheduled that the new academic year will start in Egypt on October 17th, in various stages of pre-university education.
